Shipping policy
Refunds and Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- All orders are on a made-to-order basis so we will not accept any returns, refunds, and/or exchanges.
- We want to ensure our customers are happy so if there is any issue with the product you received, please contact us at mimijocelyndesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will do our best to address the issue.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped by the least inexpensive method to be determined at the time of shipping unless a priority shipping option is chosen (if available) at the time of ordering. The method of shipping can be changed at any time under the discretion of Mimi Jocelyn Designs LLC.
Please make sure the shipping address that you provide is the correct address to ship your item(s). If your package is returned due to a nonverified address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Package Insurance:
ROUTE+ Shipping insurance is automatically added at checkout. You as the customer have the option to remove this additional service from your order. If this is removed from your order, there will be absolutely no returns, refunds, exchanges for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. ROUTE+ Shipping is there to protect your order. If this is not included in your order, the customer will be required to file any and all claims with the shipping carrier.
